Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 had a clear agenda of cutting back on content in order to refine the experience. Unfortunately they only achieved half this goal in releasing a shorter adventure with fewer characters and a less epic story. It’s still a great game that all Marvel fans will enjoy, but it was difficult to [...]

2009 is the year which will always be remembered as the year when the PSP actually fought back. With releases like Resistance: Retribution, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, Patapon 2, and Dissidia: Final Fantasy and the much anticipated (yet disastrous) launch of the PSP Go and much more, we can actually call 2009 an eventful year for the PSP. 2010, though not as eventful as this year, seems to be quite promising, and with titles like Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Resident Evil Portable and Valkyria Chronicles 2 set for release next year, the PSP looks all set to revive its library furthermore. Like we have done with all the other consoles, we will be having an in-depth look at all the titles releasing on the PSP next year.

2009 is the year of the PSP. Or so we’ve heard. A spate of aggressively marketed new releases, an all new (and arguably useless) iteration of the hardware, and renewed third party support means that the PSP stands to actually becoming a viable competitor to the DS again. However, the PSP’s fabled comeback hasn’t exactly [...]

I have been part of an ongoing debate about the PSP for a while now. One side says that the system is unable to create high budget, impressive games. The other says that the system is capable, but developers are just lazy and aren’t taking the PSP seriously. Chains of Olympus settles this debate. It [...]
